Gluteus Flex Male Enhancement exercises
Fifth male enhancement exercise called GluteusFlex. These exercises will focus on your Gluteus muscles by flexing them. You lie down on your back and you tense your buttocks. Tighten you buttocks muscles 5 times, hold that position for 3 seconds, then release. If this makes you feel even a bit of burn, you are quite unfit. Most of your thrusting muscle comes from here during intercourse. Your endurance and your ability to thrust strongly comes primarily from the muscles of your derriere (your buttocks); your abdominal muscles are the next (but very important) what you should pay your attention on. Here’s the Flexing workout from beginning to end: lay on the back, and ensure you’re on a floor or firm surface to make sure you’ve got the right resistance to force against the floor, carpet, etc. You will need a surface that is much firmer than your bed for this exercise.
- First step in male enhancement exercise, is flexing your buttocks hard. Then hold it for a slow 3 count and then unflexing it, and relaxing. To warm up repeat this for five times
- Unflex and flex with a steady, quick rate for three sets of fifty, or if you’re unable to do fifty, do as many as you are able to. Inhale deeply and tardily through your nose and breath out through your mouth with a relaxation for 30 seconds before the next turn.

- Flex as hard as you can and hold as long as possible until beginning to tremble. Once trembling begins, unflex and repeat five times. You can finish by going very fast flexes continuously for as long as you can or at least 30 seconds.
- Do exercise 2 again.
- Do exercise 3 again.
- Than flexes continuously for 20-25 seconds or as long as you can.
- Just sit up and relax for the new few minutes. This will provide flex strength to you and make your thrusting go up ten times after several weeks of working out. Do GluteusFlex complex five days weekly. A great advantage of this is that it will shape up and tighten your buttocks, which will give you sex appeal.
