Male Enhancement Exercises – Hot Wrap and Length Extender
Exercises we would like to share with are simple but they will not be effective if you do them irregularly, let’s say once a week or once a month. Please think twice if you do really need this and if male enhancement exercise is really what you want.
- First exercise you should try is a Hot Wrap
Before performing this male enhancement exercise, you should warm up your genitalia. Using a washed cloth soaked in hot-warm water wrap it up around your penis and testicles two or three times to ensure that your penis is warmed enough. After several seconds take it out and reiterate. You will need to stay in this position once you have grasped your penis and testicles.
After the hot wrap dry your penis with a towel thoroughly to make sure you achieve a tight grip then follow the exercises listed below.
- Second exercise is a Length Extender
The Length Xtender: does exactly what it says!
This exercise allows the erectile tissue to stretch it. Erection is by erectile tissue which is a kind of penis’s central tendon that supplies blood. This exercise will give your penis greater length, both erect and not erect, but it will not do so much for girth. This male enhancement exercise is much more healthier than others, e.g. weight lifting which is very harmful for your penis. You should do Length Extender while sitting on an edge of a chair or can, but if you like, it can be done while standing.
Follow the instructions while exercising Length Extender:
1) Make sure your penis is not enlarged but in a limp state. Hold the head of your penis by one hand. Be sure that you holding strongly enough, but not to a level that would hurt. Use both hands and grip around your penis. This guarantees a firm, tight grip.
2) Pull it away from yourself hard enough so that your penis feels slightly stretched. Stay in this position for half a minute. Do it again ten times, putting a bit of extra force every time, but not so forceful when it hurts.
3) Repeat step 2, except pulling to the left this time.
4) Repeat step 3.
5) Repeat step 2, except pulling to the right this time.
6) Do step 3 again.
7) Do step 2 again except pulling it up.
8) Repeat step 2, except pulling to the left this time.
9) Repeat step 2, except pulling down this time
10) To increase blood circulation, calm down and pat your penis with your legs about 100 times. TAKE REST FOR A MINUTE.
11) By slapping your penis against your leg 75-100 times,complete it.
12) Repeat step 2 once again, but rotate your penis around to the left about 15-20 times.
13) Rotate your penis about 15-20 times to the right
14) Alternate between your left and right side until you complete 5 times on each side.
15) Finish the routine by slapping your penis against your leg at least 60 times, but no more than a hundred.
These Length Extender exercises will allow you to notice a lengthened penis in about two weeks, though by three or four months there will be no question. You should keep a log and chart your progress weekly. This will help you keep track of your progress, which in itself will help keep you motivated.
